1. Entries must be brought to the exhibit building between 1-5 p.m., Wed., Oct. 20. Entries will be limited to 3 per person.

2. Entry Fee: Adults $2.00, Children $1.00 per entry.

3. All entries must be labeled with exhibitor=s name, address, phone number, name of entry, and class of entry. Junior exhibitors must include their age and school grade. All entries not labeled will not be judged.

4. There will be 3 divisions in each class: Junior (elementary thru high school), Amateur, and Professional.

5. No space will be reserved in advance of above date. Due to limited space the chairman must approve large entries in advance.

6. Exhibitors will be responsible for their own entries. Each person must enter their own exhibits and pick up their awards. No one may enter exhibits or pick them up for others (except for nursing home residents).

7. Exhibits must be picked up promptly between 4-5 p.m. on Saturday. NO EXCEPTIONS Any exhibit picked up before this time forfeits any prize money or ribbons awarded to it. The Yamboree Association assumes no responsibility for articles left after 5 p.m.

8. Previous prize winning exhibits will not be eligible for competition.

9. Prizes: First Place...$10, Second Place...$7.50, Third Place...$5, and Fourth Place...ribbon only. Identical prizes will be awarded in both the Junior and Amateur Divisions. No cash prizes will be given in the Professional Division...ribbons will be awarded. Best of Show ribbon in each division.

10. Exhibit Building hours: Thursday & Friday 9 a.m.-6 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

   11. Entries may not be offered for sale at exhibit.
