 RULES

1. Photographs must be brought in and registered on Wednesday October 20th, from 1-6pm at the Yamboree Exhibit Building. Judging will be after 6:30pm. The show will be Thursday and Friday from 9am until 6pm., and Saturday from 9am. until 5pm.

2. All entries must be accompanied with a $3 entry fee for each photo. All photographs must be framed, matted or mounted ready for hanging. Photographs with wire or string, attached with tape, will not be accepted; and sawtooth hangers are not acceptable. Framed photos should have wire or string attached to small eye screws inserted on the back of the frame. Matted and mounted photos may be hung using photo hangers or other means as long as they are permanently attached.

3. No photography that has been published or won prizes at a past Yamboree contest will be eligible. Contestants are limited to residents of Upshur County and adjoining counties.Students who attend school in any of the adjoining counties are considered residents.

4 Photographs must be picked up Saturday, between 4-5pm; if you are unable to pickup your photos at this time please make arrangements for someone to pick them up for you. You or your representative must have the receipt to obtain your photographs NO EXCEPTIONS!!!. Photography Contest officials will strive to handle all entries with care but cannot assume responsibility for any damage that might occur. The chairman of the photography contest has the authority to reject any entry that might be deemed offensive to a family audience.
