Inside Exhibit Booth Rules

RULES

1. Exhibits are to be completely installed by 4 p.m., Wednesday, October 16th. The exhibit building will be open from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Wednesday to allow exhibitors to setup. If booth is not setup by 4 p.m. Wednesday, space and rental will be forfeited and an aleternate will be called. NO EXCEPTIONS.

2. The show is from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday. The building will open at 8 a.m.

3. Booth size is 8'x8', and rents for $150.00 for 3 days. Booths are assigned ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.

4. The Yamboree Association will provide commercially draped exhibit spaces and chairs. Each Exhibitor must provide his/her own table. Signs must be hung from the pipe frame. Electric outlets are linited.

5. Exhibit booth reservations must be made no later thanSept 28th. A payment of $150.00 must be received before a reservation is accepted. A letter of confirmation will be mailed no later than October 5th. No refunds after Sept. 28th.

6. Exhibitors will not be allowed to sell or give away concession foods, nor pass out free food samples. A concession booth will be provided inside the building by the TEEA for exhibitors.

7. Children of exhibitors must be kept in your booth and out of the flow of traffic. Any offence by children of exhibitors could result in the vendor being asked to leave the show.

8. A photo of your wares MUST accompany your application. Exhibits that are offensive, controversial, racial, or political will not be allowed.

9. The Chairperson has the FINAL DECISION on anything sold at the Yamboree Exhibits.

10. Exhibitors are responsible for their own exhibits. The Yamboree Association will not be responsible for stolen or damaged displays or equipment. Night security will be provided.

11. Booths must be dismantled before 5 p.m. on Saturday. All exhibits must be removed as quickly as possible after 5 p.m.

12. Awards will be presented to the outstanding booth for display and housekeeping and the close of the show. Any booth dismantled prior to 5 p.m. on Saturday will forfeit eligibility for award.
